What we collect: nothing
This site sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser's local storage, and runs no analytics service. There is no sign-in, no newsletter, and no form that sends anything to us.
You can read every page without giving us anything. Nothing you do here is tied to you.
Server logs
The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Like any web host, Cloudflare records ordinary request information — IP address, browser identification, requested address, timestamp — to deliver pages and to protect against abuse. We use these records only in aggregate, to see whether the site is working.
This processing is Cloudflare's. Their privacy documentation describes it.
Where the numbers come from
Sentiment scores are fetched by our server from Alternative.me, CNN Business and Yahoo Finance, then cached. Your browser does not contact those services, and nothing about you is sent to them.
Share images
The share image is drawn on our servers in advance and stored as a file. Previewing or saving it downloads that file. No information about you is added to it or recorded when you use it.
Links to other sites
Pages link to the data providers and to their own pages. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy practices apply, not ours.
Advertising
This site currently shows no advertising and uses no advertising cookies.
If advertising is introduced, it would be through Google AdSense. Google and its partners would then use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, which may involve your visits to this and other sites. This page will be updated before that happens, and the section above about collecting nothing will no longer be accurate.
